The loop chain is 120cm long with 12mm thick chain links that are encased in a fabric sleeve to prevent damage to bike paintwork. Made from virgin steel, the chain is temper hardened to make it very resistant to impact and cutting attacks - both sides of the link need to be cut to open the chain, taking lots of time and making lots of noise. The chain loop is extremely practical to use, as only one end of the chain needs to be locked - providing you with most of the chain length to use for attachment.

The GRANIT™ Power XS 67 lock has a 14mm shackle, and the locking mechanism and lock body have been temper hardened against cutting and impact. The double-locking mechanism secures the shackle inside the lock body, plus the ABUS XPlus high security lock cylinder provides the highest protection against lock-picking and opening tools. The GRANIT™ Power XS 67 Lock can also be carried and used separately from the chain loop.
